Your trainer will work with you to find the right modifications on day one, and you'll progress at your own pace while staying part of the group experience.
Each week, you'll have a brief check-in with your trainer to review your progress on the weekly goal tasks—things like hitting a step target, completing workouts, or trying a new exercise. It's not about perfection; it's about building consistency. These check-ins keep you on track and give you a chance to ask questions about form or adjust goals based on how you're feeling.
You get daily workout protocols tailored to progressive difficulty, nutrition guidance that's realistic for your lifestyle, form videos to keep you safe, and two trainer check-ins throughout the 30 days. The workouts take 30-45 minutes, and we provide everything—no guessing about what to do each day.
Yes. Let your trainer know about any injuries or limitations before your first session. Every boot camp class includes modifications for common concerns like lower back sensitivity, knee issues, or shoulder problems. You'll still get a challenging workout while staying safe and pain-free.
Many people do 2-3 boot camp sessions per week during their challenge period, mixing them with the daily at-home workouts. Your trainer will recommend a schedule based on your fitness level and recovery needs. The combination gives you group energy plus structured progression.
Nope. After 30 days, you move into a maintenance and progression phase where we build on what you've learned. Many of our participants continue with weekly accountability sessions and periodic boot camp marathons to keep the momentum going. It's about creating a sustainable fitness habit, not just completing a challenge.
